Champagne: “Santé / Cheers”

I LOVE champagne – the bubbles, the taste, the color, the fizz and foam — all of this wrapped up in one bottle!

Sparkling wines are produced all over the world, but only ones originating in the Champagne region of France can be officially/legally called “champagne.” Reportedly, one glass contains around 2 milllion bubbles! (How in the world did they count them to know this?)

Here’s what I would LOVE to have installed in my kitchen!
